NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED APPAREL 

After your order is placed Logo Hub will contact you with a Work Order that you MUST APPROVE for your order to be processed and produced. 

Please expect production of your purchased items to take about 10 to 15 business days.

Apparel pricing includes an embroidered left chest logo (VT Neuroscience brand) and an embroidered logo on the right sleeve (brain). Caps will have the VT Neuroscience brand logo only. Accessories will have the VT Neuroscience brand logo with the brain logo above it. Graduation year may be embroidered on the left sleeve for an additional $5.

Q: How does shipping work?
A: If you would like your order shipped, you must select Shipping as an item from the Shipping category. If you do not select Shipping, your order will be available for pick up at Logo Hub.

Q: Where is Logo Hub, and when can I pick up my order from them?
A: Logo Hub is located at:
    600 Roanoke Street
    Christiansburg VA, 24073
    They are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Q: Can I modify the embroidery location or color?
A: No. Due to licencing requirements, modification of the approved style and location of the VT Neuroscience logo is not allowed at this time.
